1. Where we ship
We currently ship within Pakistan only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national and public holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM PKT, on Sundays, or on public holidays are treated as received on the next business day.
3. Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2–4 business days.
- Other urban areas: 3–7 business days.
- Remote / hard-to-reach areas: up to 10 business days.
These are estimates only. AXONRA is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, road conditions, security situations, government action, or any other event outside our reasonable control.
4. Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We may offer free shipping on orders above a stated threshold; any such offer will be displayed on the Site.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Where COD is offered, the courier may charge a separate COD service fee, displayed at checkout. The COD amount must be paid in full and in cash at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in suspension of future COD eligibility.
6. Courier partners
We dispatch through third-party couriers (including but not limited to TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P, Postex, and similar Pakistani logistics providers). Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery is performed by the courier and is subject to their terms.
7. Tracking
A tracking number is shared by email or SMS once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking system to update.
8. Customer's address and contact details
You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and current shipping address and phone number. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, returned-to-sender shipments, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provide. Re-shipment of an order returned to us due to a customer error may attract an additional shipping fee.
9. Failed or refused delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver after its standard number of attempts - including because of customer non-availability, refusal to accept, or wrong address - the shipment will be returned to us. Refunds for refused COD orders are not issued (no payment was received). For prepaid orders, the original product cost will be refunded less actual outbound and return shipping charges incurred by AXONRA.
10. Risk and title
Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or to any person at that address who accepts the delivery on your behalf). Title passes upon delivery for prepaid orders, and upon receipt of full payment for COD orders.
11. Damaged or lost shipments
Inspect your shipment at the time of delivery where possible. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, take photographs before opening and notify us at support@axonra.com within 48 hours of delivery. Damage or loss claims notified after this window may be rejected. See the Return and Refund Policy for the resolution process.
12. Order changes after dispatch
Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed by AXONRA. Any change must be arranged directly with the courier and is at your risk.
