These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of axonra.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from AXONRA ("AXONRA", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
1. The business

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan to purchase from the Site.
3. Products and information
We sell food-grade herbal products, principally ASHVA+ ashwagandha root powder. We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, ingredients, and prices accurate, but we do not warrant that all information on the Site is error-free, complete, or current. Minor variations in colour, aroma, and texture of natural botanical products are normal and are not defects.
Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Our products are sold as food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See the Legal Notice.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated. We may change prices at any time without notice; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product or, where applicable, when we expressly confirm acceptance. Until then, we may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason - including pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailability, or breach of these Terms - and our sole liability is to refund any amount you have paid for the affected items.
Payments are processed by third-party gateways (including PayFast and others). You authorise us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping, delivery times, and risk allocation are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Account responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@axonra.com of any unauthorised use.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law (including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016);
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or other users' accounts;
- Resell our products commercially without our prior written authorisation;
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or contact information;
- Upload or transmit any content that is infringing, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and cancel any pending orders if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and all content on it - including the AXONRA and ASHVA+ names and logos, product photography, copy, graphics, design, and code - are owned by or licensed to AXONRA and are protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing of pages you are authorised to view.
10. User submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content to the Site or our social channels, you grant AXONRA a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content for any purpose in connection with our business. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party sites. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise - including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that any product will produce any particular result for you. Nothing in this clause excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Pakistani consumer-protection law.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- AXONRA, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Site, the products, or these Terms, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to a particular order, the products supplied under it, the Site, or these Terms will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Pakistani law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AXONRA and its owners, directors, employees, and agents against any claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your misuse of the products, (iii) your violation of any law, or (iv) your infringement of any third-party right.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, lockouts, supply-chain disruption, courier failure, internet or power outages, epidemics, pandemics, civil unrest, government action, or natural disasters.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The competent courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchases, save that we may bring proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
18. No waiver
A failure or delay by AXONRA to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
